1. General provisions
This Agreement governs the use of the website mysovamind.com and the Telegram bot @MySovaMind_Bot (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). The Service is provided by an individual under the designation “SovaMind Administration”. Contact:support@mysovamind.com.
By starting to use the Service, You accept the terms of the Agreement andPrivacy Policy. If You do not agree with them, stop using the Service.
2. Purpose and limitations
SovaMind is an informational AI consultant on relationships, family, and psychological well-being. Responses are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies.
The Service is not a live psychologist, psychotherapy, medical, legal, or emergency service, does not make diagnoses, and does not prescribe treatment. Decisions, especially those related to health, safety, law, and finances, should be checked with a relevant specialist.
The Service is intended for users over 18 years of age.
3. Plans
FREE — $0
One full analysis of one situation. Provided to one user once.
PREMIUM — $12.99
In-depth work on one selected situation and a follow-up dialogue for 14 days.
PRO — $34.99
Ongoing support in different life situations for 30 days, the ability to return to previous topics, and preservation of important facts, plans, tasks, and results.
Paid plans do not include per-minute or per-message charges. The plans are intended for normal personal communication. To protect the Service, technical fair-use limits may be applied in the case of automated, unusually high, or rule-violating activity. Premium and Pro purchases are one-time: there is no automatic renewal and no automatic charges. Payment activation is carried out in stages, and its current availability is shown in the Telegram bot.
4. Payment and access provision
New purchases are made through the payment partner Lava.top. To create an invoice, the user enters an email address, which is transferred to Lava.top together with the selected plan, amount, currency, and technical order identifier. SovaMind does not store the entered email in payment state, dialogue memory, or analytics.
Before confirming the payment, the user sees the total amount, available payment methods, and applicable terms on the payment partner’s side. SovaMind does not receive or store bank card details.
Access is activated only after confirmation of successful payment from Lava.top. Creating an unpaid invoice, cancelling payment, or the invoice expiring does not provide access and does not result in a charge from SovaMind.
If there is a delay or an error, contact support and provide your Telegram username, date, amount, and payment ID, but do not send the full card number or security code.
5. Refunds
A refund request can be sent tosupport@mysovamind.com. It is reviewed taking into account the access actually provided, use of the limit, the reason for the request, the payment partner’s rules, and the requirements of applicable law. This provision does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
6. Rules of use
The user agrees not to use the Service for unlawful actions, threats, stalking, distribution of malicious code, attempts to gain access to other people’s data, bypassing restrictions, or automated overload. Paid access may not be transferred to third parties, and the Service’s responses may not be presented as a professional medical opinion.
If the rules are violated, access may be restricted to protect users and the infrastructure.
7. Liability
The Administration strives to maintain the Service’s availability and quality, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the absence of errors, or the applicability of every response to a specific situation. The User independently evaluates the recommendations and is responsible for their decisions.
If there is an immediate threat to life, violence, self-harm, or an acute deterioration of condition, do not wait for the bot’s response — contact local emergency services.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
The name, design, software code, and prepared materials of SovaMind are protected by applicable law. The User may use the received response for personal purposes, but may not mass-copy the materials database, resell access, or create a competing service based on it without permission.
9. Changes and termination of operation
Functions, limits, and terms may be updated. Access already paid for retains the main terms shown before payment, unless otherwise required by law or safety. The current version of the Agreement is published on this page.
10. Resolution of issues
First, send a request tosupport@mysovamind.comWe will try to resolve the issue within a reasonable time. The Agreement is governed by the law determined by mandatory rules and the operator’s actual status; disputes are heard by the competent court, while mandatory consumer rights remain in force.
