1. General provisions
This Policy describes how the SovaMind service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) processes information of users of the mysovamind.com website and the Telegram bot @MySovaMind_Bot.
The Service operator is an individual acting under the designation “SovaMind Administration.” For questions about data processing:support@mysovamind.com.
The Service is intended for adult users. By using the Service, You confirm that You have read this Policy.
2. What data may be processed
- Telegram ID, profile name, and username, if available;
- messages you send to the bot, and the context of the dialogue;
- information about the selected plan, access period, limits, and payment status;
- the email entered by the user when purchasing a paid plan and passed to the payment partner to create an invoice;
- support requests and related correspondence;
- technical data of the website: IP address, device and browser type, security logs, cookie files, and similar information.
The buyer's email is used only in the process of creating an invoice and is not stored by SovaMind in payment state, dialogue memory, or analytics. The payment partner processes the received information according to its own rules.
Do not send passport data, bank details, medical documents, or other information that is not needed to receive a consultation.
3. Purposes of processing
The data is used to provide responses and maintain the dialogue, identify the user, apply limits and plans, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, ensure security, and improve the quality of the Service.
4. Third-party services
To operate SovaMind, Telegram, Cloudflare, artificial intelligence model providers, and hosting providers may be used. Lava.top is used for new purchases of paid plans; access previously purchased may continue to be accounted for using data from the former payment partner Platega.
When creating an invoice, Lava.top receives only the necessary information: the buyer's email, the selected plan, the amount, the currency, and the technical order ID. SovaMind receives from the payment partner the status and technical payment identifiers needed to verify payment and grant access.
Information may also be transferred if required by law, necessary to fulfill obligations to the user, or if the user has given consent.
Bank card data is entered on the payment partner's side, and SovaMind does not receive or store it. Processing may occur in different countries in accordance with the rules of the respective providers.
5. Storage and dialogue memory
The storage period depends on the purpose of the data and the selected plan. Technical records and payment information are stored for as long as needed for operation, security, and compliance with legal requirements. In plans with memory, context may be stored to continue work between dialogues.
We strive to store only the necessary amount of information and apply reasonable organizational and technical safeguards. At the same time, no method of transmitting and storing data on the internet guarantees absolute security.
6. User rights
You may request information about processing, correction or deletion of the data available to us, as well as withdraw consent by writing tosupport@mysovamind.com. To protect the account, we may ask you to confirm the link to the relevant Telegram profile. Some information may be retained if required by law, to resolve disputes, or to prevent abuse.
7. Security and Sensitive Information
SovaMind is not a medical or emergency service. In the event of an immediate threat to life, violence, self-harm, or an acute deterioration in condition, contact your local emergency services.
The user independently determines the amount of information shared with the Service. We recommend not providing real surnames, addresses, or other third-party data.
8. Changes to the Policy
The Policy may be updated as the Service develops or requirements change. The current version is always posted on this page with the date indicated. Material changes, where possible, will also be highlighted in the Service.
